Do you move vehicles between your 5 Auto Lenders locations for your customers?

Absolutely, we can make arrangements to have cars reviewed in different locations. With us, you work with one consultant at your closest location and have access to the entire Auto Lenders inventory. All five New Jersey Auto Lenders locations work in collaboration with one another. Just use the transfer vehicle form on any vehicle's details page to have that vehicle transferred to another Auto Lenders location.

Do you accept trade ins?

Absolutely. As a courtesy to our customers, we can take any kind of trade in. We can help you get out of a leased vehicle or a vehicle with an open car loan. We'll also buy your old car even if you don't buy one from us.

I saw that your prices are “haggle-free”. Does this mean that you don’t negotiate?

We have a no haggle, no hassle, pressure-free business model. All of our prices are already discounted to a bottom line sales price, which is below retail and thousands of dollars below other dealers. You won't find a cleaner, comparable vehicle at a better price. The bank we are affiliated with prices the vehicles where they own them at the end of the lease term, which is not far from the wholesale value and several thousands below the retail value. This assures our customers the finest, one-owner vehicle at the best price.

What warranties come with your vehicles?

Every vehicle that we sell comes with at least a comprehensive, bumper to bumper warranty for 3 months or 3,000 miles. Since the majority of our vehicles are a few years young, most come with the remaining balance of the manufacturer’s warranty. We can also custom tailor an extended warranty program to fit your needs.

Do you offer extended warranties?

Yes, our extended warranties are underwritten by Zurich, which is one of the largest and highest rated insurance companies in the world. We do a significant amount of research on our extended warranty provider, and we have yet to find an extended warranty program that offers true comprehensive coverage that is similar to the auto manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties can be serviced nationally at an Auto Lenders service facility, ASE certified mechanic, or at any manufacturer dealer.

How do your certified cars differ from the manufacturer’s certification?

Unlike some of the manufacturers, we don't build the price of a generic extended warranty into the price of our certified vehicles. Not only is our inspection and selection process more stringent, but we allow you as the customer to choose if an extended warranty is practical. In the event one is, we will customize a comprehensive extended warranty program that fits your needs (estimated length of ownership, driving habits, budget, etc). You can choose from a variety of coverage levels, which typically range from two to eight years and up to 120,000 miles.

What financing rates do you offer?

Though we don't quote a rate until we process a credit application, our direct affiliation with regional banks allows us to provide our customers with a wider variety of financing terms at more competitive rates than other banks or dealers. Do you have programs for first time buyers or customers with challenged credit?

Yes. Due to our direct affiliation with regional banks, we look at credit subjectively and we work with customers of all credit types.

Do you sell to customers in other states?

Absolutely. We do a significant amount of out of state and international business. Our consultants are very well versed with the needs of off site customers. Most customers choose to drive directly to us, but we can easily accommodate those that choose to take a flight or train. We will even arrange a ride from nearby airports (Philadelphia, Newark, or Atlantic City) as well as nearby train stations. If you’d prefer not to come to NJ, we can also refer you to some shipping companies that our previous customers have had positive experiences with in the past.

What sales tax and motor vehicle fees do I pay?

If you are a New Jersey resident, then we will collect New Jersey state sales tax, motor vehicle fees and complete your motor vehicle work. Out of state customers do not pay New Jersey state sales tax or motor vehicle fees. Out of state customers are obligated to pay sales tax and motor vehicle fees for the state in which the vehicle is being registered. Taxes and motor vehicle fees vary depending on the state.

How often do you update your website?

Our website inventory is updated daily (except when we are closed on Sundays). Vehicles that are sold can take up to 2 business days before they are removed from the website, so please call us at 888-305-5968 to confirm availability. If there is a vehicle that you are looking for which is not on the website, contact us to find out what vehicles are expected to arrive over the next few weeks.

Are these photos online the actual vehicle?

Yes, the pictures online are the actual pictures of our vehicles. They are not stock photos or pictures of similar vehicles. We have a professional photographer on staff that takes pictures of our vehicles in our state-of-the-art, custom-built photo studio.
